In ritual, we access healing with our grief through engagement with the unseen, the 4 elements, support of the sacred circle, and more.

Rituals meet online via Zoom on Thursdays, 7–8:30 pm EST, with recording provided

In this ritual series –

  • You will gain tools including specific breathwork techniques for grief, ways to express the heart through the written word, receiving healing from the elements, and more to support you in your grieving journey throughout your life.

  • You will lean on community, which is important – as we were not meant to grieve alone.

About the process of the honoring, releasing, and alchemizing process

Honor - In the grieving process, we first want to honor and hold reverence for the grief we carry. If you were wounded as a child, this honoring can help the adult who can build the tools to hold the grief reclaim the healing. If the sorrows of life have hardened the heart, honoring the grief can begin to soften the heart so that healing can take place. Even when the grief feels like too much, to hold gratitude for its unknown teachings is a powerful place to be.

Releasing - When grieving, there may be stories that we tell ourselves that do not support the healing process, or perhaps they were even stories told to us and our subconscious programmed them to be true. In our daily lives, there may be habits we or others have that even though created with good intentions, might not be supporting the grieving process. We will release these old stories, blocks, and unwanted habits that keep us from our healing.

Alchemizing - Every one of us has a soul that longs to be active participants in the world by sharing our gifts. Often in life, the biggest wounds we have and the grief we experience become the catalyst for the soul’s longing to come to fruition and for the gifts to be claimed. When we leave into the grieving process and not turn away, this is when alchemy can take place.

 

Who is this for?

Grief manifests in many ways and for many reasons.
This workshop series is for you if you have experienced grief over the loss of a loved one, the loss of a lived experience (such as health or a job), the loss of a relationship, and more. Living in connection to the world around us, we may also feel grief over the world’s sorrows, the harm towards the Earth, and the threads of grief woven in our ancestry. 
Grief is also not linear. No matter when you have experienced loss in your life, if grief is present in your heart, you are welcome to come and move through this experience.
